Tiffany this was a pragmatic but comforting look at life and the process. It took me my whole life to become the writer and creative that I am right now. No fast results. It took me two years of walking and exercise to be consistent with 10 miles per week.
I walked 375 miles in 2021 and 401 miles in 2022. Still the biggest challenge is losing pounds. I'm 25 to 30 pounds over weight I I didn't realize how hard it was as you get older. I do my best. I know for many years I stress ate comfort foods.
I think after 45 that weight likes to hang around so I have to eat healthier and consistently practice better nutrition. I started by just eating one meal a day. Anyway I'm doing the best that I can. Day by day. Every day I wake is my new year and it's a blessing. Thank you for always writing something with depth and that is thought provoking. Wishing you the greatest year ever!
