This is a great topic Diana. I think I'm beginning to share things here on Medium that I normally wouldn't shares. My Ghost piece recently was about being rejected and I've been carrying that hurt and disappointment for 5 years. The fact that I feel awkward people reading it tells me I released something within me that could no longer stay. It's too heavy a burden to carry. I need room for more beautiful things and people that life has in store for. Thank you for sharing this. Such a useful and inspiring read.
