The Calm of a Summer Dawn

You know you’re walking early when you see creatures out roaming that you normally don’t see. What a refreshing adventure

This walk journal was experienced in June, now July, but it pretty much summarizes many of my Saturday mornings walks in the summer of 2022.

I remember waking with the vibration of a sound sleep

Looking out my window and sun painted

the horizon the most beautiful explosion of cool and warm colors

On the other side of the sky, the moon and stars

Still shine in the twilight

I felt like laying back down under the covers

I always get rewarded when I press on and press forward

It’s time to go on my morning adventure

It’s 5:30 in the morning, and I feel so light and refreshed

I love a cool June morning,

Put on my wireless earphones and shades, and I

Begin my path; I begin my day

Each step I walk, new ideas softly embrace me

Like a refreshing breeze

My favorite podcast is the water
