Thank you for writing this. So many of us men need to read articles like this. We don't feel so alone. I will write my version of my experience. Everything you stated is accurate. It is psychological. I think social media and porn are like dope and coke. I'm trying to shake both of them. Hearing other men's stories is very helpful. It's not a great feeling when something has control over you. It's time to rise above it. It's not the life I want for myself. Thank you so much for this.
